Typically between 50-150 units.

We buy in Texas where the job markets are growing, because they have an influx of people and households.

We like submarkets where the tenant base stays strong and vacancy stays low which helps protect occupancy and rent growth.

We do light renovations and value additions to the units and amenities  in order to bring them up to market standards.

We also improve operations and decrease expenses to get the most returns possible for our investors.
